Questions
Does Hintzi control my computer?
No. Hintzi only shows you where to click and explains what to do. You do every click yourself, so you learn as you go and nothing happens without you.
Which apps and websites does it work with?
Almost anything on a Mac (macOS 13 or later) or a Windows 10 or 11 PC: desktop apps, websites in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, and system settings. It works best where buttons are labelled, which most are.
Which languages can I use?
Ask in the language you're most comfortable with and Hintzi answers in that language, including right-to-left Arabic. The app you're using can be in a different language.
What happens to my screen?
When you press the shortcut, Hintzi takes a screenshot of the app you're in and sends it securely to answer your question. Screenshots aren't stored. See the privacy policy for the details.
Can hints be wrong?
Sometimes. Hintzi uses AI and checks its work, but take care with anything that deletes data, changes security settings or spends money. Press Next to have it look again.
